Steven Zachary II began his career as an exclusive agent with Farmers Insurance Group in 2005.  He started his agency with zero clients, and within 3 years, it had grown into one of the largest business insurance agencies within the Farmers Insurance Group network. By 2008, his agency was one of the premier agencies within the 50,000 agent distribution network. With his understanding of the limitations of the exclusive agency model, he departed Farmers Insurance Group in 2012 and formed his own independent insurance brokerage company.

Steven has always mandated that he and his team be the experts in the industry and has focused his efforts on growing the company with that premise in mind.  Over the course of the past five years, Steven has acquired, grown, and sold several insurance agencies.  Steven's entrepreneurial spirit and zest has guided the company to where it is today.  In his spare time, Steven spends it in various community outreach endeavors related to resettlement and immigration.  He has assisted and facilitated the successful resettlement and acclimation of numerous refugee families in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. His vast knowledge of the commercial real estate industry comes from over over 15 years of managing the ongoing risk of some of the world’s largest private equity and real estate trust firms. Moreover, he continually succeeds in managing several venture capital investments across the globe.
